We collect personal data exclusively in the following cases:

Direct email contact. When you write to contact@promptare.ai, we collect your email address and the content of your message.

Platform waitlist signup. When you leave your email to be notified of the beta launch, we collect only your email address via the Web3Forms service.

Browsing data. Like most websites, we collect anonymous, aggregated traffic data through statistical analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect exclusively to:

— Respond to your inquiries and manage business communication

— Notify you of the platform launch, if you signed up for the waitlist

— Understand and improve the user experience on the site, in aggregate and anonymous form

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on your explicit consent (when you fill out a form or write to us) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries received.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

8. AI-Generated Content

The visual content we produce for our clients is created using generative AI tools, under human creative supervision. This process does not involve personal data of site visitors, but exclusively material provided by clients for the production of commissioned content, as agreed in the respective service agreements.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. We encourage you to review it regularly. The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
